Our Team

Owner, Director, and a hands-on person. Belinda has over 15 years of experience in the pool and spa industry. Belinda works across all aspects of the business including importing furniture from Bali and Garden pots from Vietnam.

Bob worked at our local port for 20 years, but now he has joined our team full-time. We are super excited about his decision to become one of our pool technicians during the week. Saturday and Sunday he will continue to serve as our salesperson, gardener, builder, and delivery person extraordinaire.

Shane has been with the company since 2011. Servicing, maintenance, and refurbishing of pools and spa equipment are Shane's areas of expertise, alongside an extensive customer base.

Ruby's primary role is assisting the pool technicians with their day-to-day scheduling, along with working alongside local real estates and settlement agencies organizing pool and spa inspection reports. Ruby also controls all warranties throughout the Midwest for Zodiac and Astral companies.

Steve is one of our Full-time field technicians. He has a background in farming and an understanding of our local environment. With over 5 years' experience as a pool and spa service technician is knowledge is fantastic.

Deacon joined Splash in April 2024 as a Pool Technician. An avid car enthusiast , enjoys driving and also has an interest in leggo. Really enjoys outside work and expanding his skill set.

Aimee has joined the Splash Team in a Customer Service and Sales role. Aimee loves the gym, reading and travelling.

Jeaselle joined the Splash Pool Technician team in May 2024. Jeaselle, when not looking after Splash's customers , enjoys camping, any outdoor adventures, swimming , snorkling and anything to do with the ocean.

Vicki is our in-store designer who has an amazing eye for design as well as our garden extraordinaire.

With over ten years of management experience, she has joined our team bringing her wealth of knowledge and designers' flair.

Hannah has recently taken on the position as our Bookkeeping Manager. Hannah loves everything about numbers!!

Managing payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable and so much more. Outside of work Hannah loves enjoying time with her son .

We are delighted to announce that Amber from "Go for Gold Australia" has joined our team as a Business Growth Consultant, Human Resource Manager, Recruitment Specialist and Social Media Management expert.

Amy works a few hours a week and her role consists of looking after our Pool toys. Amy's smile is very contagious and is always happy to help you choose the perfect pool floaty.
